Yes. Blanket order programs with scheduled delivery releases are a common arrangement. We work with customers to establish annual quantity commitments and release schedules that align with their production and inventory requirements.
Can Oakmet provide warehouse and staging services?
Staging and inventory buffer options are available for programs that benefit from holding finished goods inventory. This is useful for customers who need rapid replenishment or who want to reduce the risk of production line shortages from long casting or forging lead times.
Does Oakmet handle export documentation and customs?
Yes. For international shipments, Oakmet coordinates commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other export documentation. We work with freight forwarders experienced in industrial goods. Customers can nominate their preferred freight partner if preferred.
